ESCAPING FROM ; ESCAPING TO

Through this work, we desire to portray the idea of Escapism by connecting to our personal experiences of escaping reality. The first state describes the current reality we are at: the surrounding and the location. Then it describes our own ways of dealing with reality in order to run away from the current situation. The last portion talks about where we're trying to reach through the use of escapism. However, unlike the previous sections, the last portion is much more abstracted in shapes and forms in order to show the confusion and uncertainty of what we are actually trying to grasp onto: are we trying to reach for happiness? safety? What is it that we are actually trying to hold on to?
